Terms

These terms apply to the digital download products and to the brand collaboration and digital campaign services provided by Gyan Sujan, trading as Gyan Gaming. A project begins only after its written scope and commercial terms are agreed.

1. Website and what is sold

gyangaming.com is a creator portfolio and business contact point. It sells two things: downloadable digital products listed with fixed prices on the Digital Products page, and brand collaboration services listed with fixed prices on the Packages page. The website does not create customer accounts and does not collect or process card, UPI, or bank details on its own pages. Orders are placed by email and paid against an invoice or a payment link issued by a licensed payment service provider.

2. Digital download products

Each product on the Digital Products page is a set of digital files sold at the published fixed price in Indian Rupees, exclusive of applicable taxes. The product page states what is included, the file formats, the approximate file size, the delivery time, and the licence.

• The buyer places an order by email, receives a payment link showing the price and the tax, and receives a secure download link within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Each product is licensed to a single user or a single channel as stated on that product. The files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or shared publicly, and copyright stays with Gyan Gaming.
• The files are supplied as they are described on the product page. No specific commercial result, audience growth, or ranking is promised by any product.
• Cancellation and refund terms for these products are in the Cancellations and Refunds Policy, and delivery terms are in the Digital Delivery Policy.

3. Services and packages

Services include creative consultation, campaign strategy reports, sponsored social media posts, short-form video bundles, and sponsored video integrations. Five standard packages are published with fixed prices in Indian Rupees, exclusive of applicable taxes. Custom or larger campaigns are quoted individually. A service exists only when it is included in an accepted proposal, statement of work, or invoice.

4. How a service order is placed

The client emails the package required with the brand name, product, and target timing. Gyan Gaming replies with a written proposal setting out deliverables, schedule, usage rights, and the final amount. On written acceptance, an invoice is raised and settled by bank transfer or by a payment link issued by a licensed payment service provider. Production begins after the invoice is settled unless the proposal states other milestone terms.

5. Project documents

Each project document may define deliverables, creative requirements, channels, schedule, review rounds, usage rights, fees, taxes, invoice timing, cancellation terms, and any dependencies. If a project document conflicts with these general terms, the accepted project document controls for that project.

6. Brand materials and approvals

The client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, brand assets, claims, required disclosures, access, and approvals by the dates agreed. Delays in those inputs may change the project schedule. Gyan Gaming may reject material that is unlawful, misleading, or outside the agreed scope.

7. Creative and usage rights

Gyan Gaming retains ownership of the creator identity, channels, pre-existing material, and working files unless a project document expressly says otherwise. Any licence for the client to use completed campaign material is limited to the media, territory, duration, and purpose written in that project document.

8. Fees, taxes, and invoices

Published product and package prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST. The applicable tax is added on the invoice. Fees, currency, taxes, and due dates are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Published prices may be revised at any time, but the price stated in an accepted proposal is the price that applies to that project. No fee or project is created merely by visiting this website or sending an enquiry.

9. Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered as a download link emailed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Campaign work and related files are delivered digitally using the method and milestones agreed for the project. Indicative delivery windows for each package are shown on the Packages page. 10. Cancellations and refunds

Digital download products are refundable before the download link is sent, and faulty or failed downloads are replaced or refunded. For services, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are project-specific and are recorded in the accepted proposal or invoice. 11. Results and platform conditions

Creative work is provided for the agreed campaign, but audience response, reach, views, conversions, and other outcomes are not guaranteed. Platform policies, technical changes, outages, and client actions can affect distribution or timing.

12. Confidentiality

Non-public briefs, launch details, and business information identified as confidential will be used only for evaluating or carrying out the relevant project, except where disclosure is required by law.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability connected with a project is limited to the fees received for that project. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, unless the accepted project document states another lawful arrangement.
