Do I get an invoice?

Yes. The moment the payment is confirmed an email reaches you with the order ID, invoice number, product, amount paid, payment ID and the delivery timeline. Keep it as your receipt.

When do I get the role?

Within 12 hours of a successful payment. The role is assigned to the Discord username you enter at checkout, so please type it exactly as it appears in Discord.

What if I typed the wrong username?

Email contact@gyangaming.com with your payment ID and the correct username. As long as the role has not been assigned yet, it is corrected before delivery.

Is anything shipped to me?

No. This is a digital product delivered inside the Discord server. See the Delivery Policy for the full timeline.

Can I get a refund?

If the role has not been assigned yet, write to contact@gyangaming.com and the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
